Our solution:

Since a particularly pleasant and, above all, year-round feel-good climate is desired for the offices, all relevant areas are made temperature-controllable:

• 125 m² floor, egger register on OSB wood floor, on top 20 mm leveling compound, on top 2 mm vinyl floor, total build-up thus 22 mm
• 80 m² walls, egger register on Heraklit boards as plaster base and on top 30 mm clay plaster
• 20 m² ceiling, egger registers on OSB boards, 20 mm soft fiber strips 45° cut between the egger registers

The resulting V-shaped gap is filled with clay, and then the entire ceiling is also filled with 5 mm clay. Since in summer the water for the tempering surfaces in the office must be cooled, a layer of egger registers is laid under the new storage hall (approx. 70 cm) in order to have the water cooled there by the ground (free of charge).

Since the hall is only used for storage and the employees have little time to spend there, the relevant area is the entire floor area brought to the correct temperature.
Directly on the compacted gravel base, the egger registers are mounted, iron mats are placed over them (lower and upper probation) and concreted on with 20 cm of concrete.

2 distributors supply the 20 circuits of the office temperature control circuits:

• With a VL temperature of about 24 °C in winter and is provided by a newly installed heat exchanger. This is supplied by the existing old oil heating system.
• With approx. 20 °C in summer provided by egger registers in the ground under the new storage hall.

The result:

All relevant surfaces in the office where employees are located (floor, wall, ceiling) are tempered in such a way that employees are in thermal balance with these surfaces and thus feel neither too cold nor too hot.

The warehouse is very comfortable due to the temperature-controlled floor area (approx. 20 °C), and the stored goods also have this temperature.
