The egger system revolutionizes the heating or cooling of these supposedly „unheatable“ rooms thanks to surface heating: Instead of heating the air, the egger system brings the surfaces (floors, walls, ceiling) up to temperature.
These surfaces immediately radiate heat to the environment. The principle works the same way as with the sun. We also feel this heat radiation, although the air in the environment is not warm.
This means that large doors in large halls can be opened and closed again without you or your employees having to worry about a large drop in temperature. You can continue working immediately without any restrictions.
The egger system saves energy through revolutionary technology and, thanks to the radiant heat principle, provides a particularly pleasant room working climate. From now on, heating or cooling in your hall will work practically at the push of a button.
The egger system is based on the principle of surface temperature control. This means that we heat the floor, wall and/or ceiling – depending on which surfaces are suitable for you. We work around the existing infrastructure (windows, columns, etc.) or help you with the new construction already in the planning phase.
The surfaces of the floor, wall or ceiling radiate heat into the environment. This always creates the feeling of a pleasant climate. The principle is similar to the heat radiation of the sun. Since surfaces and not air are heated or cooled, the system also works independently of air exchange (e.g.: open gate etc.). It immediately feels warm or cold again.
The egger system can be installed in any type of floor. There are no load limits for the system itself. If your hall requires a concrete floor, the egger temperature control system is inserted directly into the concrete and thus withstands all loads that the floor itself can withstand. The egger system is even used in aircraft hangars.
With the same system that we install in the floor, we can also temper your wall surfaces. Visually, these shoring systems are invisible. We adapt to your circumstances (windows, columns, shelves, etc.). egger wall heating can be installed in the plaster or as drywall. The walls are still available for pictures, shelves, etc. There is no restriction.
Our system works equally well for tempering ceilings. Especially in industry & commerce, this can have a particularly good effect on the indoor climate in halls. Whereas with ordinary radiators and hall heaters the warm air accumulates at the top, our ceiling heaters for halls also emit heat or refreshing coolness downwards via radiation.

You have complete freedom in the choice of energy source, as our system manages with a very low supply temperature. When using an existing energy source, mix down to the low temperature required.
Conventional heaters rely on air convection (=air movement). That is, the room is heated by moving warm air. If this air does not reach a certain room (or part of this room), it remains cold. Thermal radiation is independent of air movement. Our surfaces always give off heat.
We rely on panel heating with a parallel system instead of a serial system. This means: The advantage over conventional radiators or fan heaters is already in the fact that our egger system does not depend on the movement of warm or cold air. Because this is a very poor conductor of heat or cold. In addition, air can hardly store and radiate the temperature.
Compared to other surface temperature control systems (such as conventional underfloor heating), egger has the advantage of parallel water flow. While classic underfloor heating systems require a supply temperature of 35-45 degrees and more, the parallel egger elements manage with 25-30 degrees. Heat generation thus requires much less energy.
No. With the egger system, we have succeeded in incorporating an almost maintenance-free system into the surfaces. That’s why we even give a 20-year warranty on our system elements that we install in the floor, wall or ceiling of your hall. Maintenance work is only necessary on your heat generation (heat pump, boiler, etc.) – not on the egger system.
Yes, you can hang pictures, shelves and even cabinets. It is only mandatory to determine the position of the register pipes beforehand.
