What you need to know about the plastic welding set
The plastic welding set is used for mounting egger panel heating or panel cooling:
The plastic welding set allows you to connect egger registers with fittings such as elbows, sockets, plugs and pipes. The egger welding attachments (12 mm and 16 mm) allow you to permanently and tightly join the system parts with a plastic weld. The pipe cutter shortens the system parts to your desired size. Due to the point gate, the pipes and fittings are not deformed in the process.
For ideal welding, we recommend setting the temperature of the socket welder so that the egger welding attachment reaches a temperature of 260 °C. The plastic parts are then heated for 4 seconds on the attachments and then guided into each other.

The egger system is not only for home heating and cooling: they can be used for office space, as hall heating, workshop heating or even greenhouse heating.
A great advantage of egger registers: they are suitable for any heat source (gas, oil, solar, district heating, photovoltaic, …) and any surface (tile, PVC, laminate, parquet, wood, …).

During the core renovation of our very old house with 120 m² living space, a low construction height was a critical point. With the egger system, this bottleneck could be successfully solved thanks to only 2 cm of structure.
At first I respected installing the registers myself, but with egger's training and planning I succeeded very well. They were installed in all rooms on the floor and exterior walls. The necessary energy is supplied by solar panels and a heat pump, so it can be cooled pleasantly even in summer.
We now live the 2nd winter in the house and even my wife has never been cold. She always notes that we have a comfortable temperature, but you can't tell where it's coming from!

We needed a bit of practice when welding the egger registers - after all, no master has fallen from the sky yet. We got the hang of it pretty quickly. My tip: Ideally, there should be two of you when welding!
In our house we have installed the registers almost exclusively as wall heating. At least one exterior wall and, depending on the use of the room, other wall surfaces. The registers were then plastered with clay plaster, an ideal combination! In the bathroom we have additionally laid egger registers in the floor, who likes cold tiles after showering.
