In 2012, farmer Josef Hoppichler, known to many as the “Tuxerbauer“, completed his extension to the farm store. Since then, guests can celebrate events and dine well there at the same time in an experience gastronomy.

Actually, the topic “heating” would have been a great challenge for him. In fact, the catering business has no ongoing operations. Rather, it is served up according to booked events. This means he needs a heating system that has a fast response time and good controllability.

This is what Hoppichler says about egger’s feel-good climate

With the egger system he has found his best solution. Josef Hoppichler says, “We are used to always offering our customers the best quality. Now we can make that possible not only in terms of taste, but also through the pleasant climate in the room.”

When asked how he and his customers have accepted the feel-good climate, he tells us, “Our customers were thrilled from the start, and we ourselves are very surprised and fascinated by the benefits of the feel-good climate, especially the exceedingly fast response time and the very low heating water temperature.”

Since then, it is no longer a problem for Hoppichler if a guest shows up unannounced. Even if the panel heating is switched off, it can bring the premises to a comfortable temperature within minutes!

Who exactly is the Tuxerbauer?

He grows and processes his own products. In the meantime, the family business even consists of a farm, a farm store and a farmhouse lodge.

The Tuxerbauer is by far no longer an insider tip. Guests come from far and wide because the culinary experience is simply impressive.
