In Ergoldsbach in Lower Bavaria, an old barn was completely renovated. The building, which has long since fallen into disrepair, will be refurbished to create a number of small rental apartments.
It is planned that the project will be completed before the end of 2018.
Walls and floors are equipped with egger registers. Until now, there was no heating system in the property. This will now change. With the installation of the egger system, future tenants can look forward to a pleasant feel-good climate in an attractive old building.
With the completion, the house is hardly recognizable. Meanwhile, numerous tenants are allowed to enjoy the atmosphere of the old building. It has the charm of the old building, but the modern feel-good atmosphere of the 21st century.
The temperature control is embedded in the floor
In the picture below you can see that the floor tempering system is embedded in the floor. However, in the case of modernization and renovation, it would also be possible to retrofit the surface temperature control.
Finally, a particularly high-quality character is given by the wooden parquet (see cover picture).
